This is a one of a kind, high resolution
system. The current configuration is that of a passive wireless
download system. There is
also a real time vehicle tracking configuration that will
work in conjunction with the passive system providing companies
the opportunity to mix real time and passive units in one fleet.
This is a great system for small fleets or enterprise applications
on a WAN. It only takes about 60 seconds to download data using
the wireless connection and there is no need for manager involvement
during the download process.
Possible Applications:
Ideally suited for enterprise applications with 10-5,000 vehicles
with multiple locations where SQL SVR is available. For smaller
fleets a standard Microsoft® Access database is available.
Checkmate also offers a real time unit which will allow customers
to have real time and passive vehicle units reporting to the
same client based software application.
Mode of Operation:
High resolution data recorder (passive) or real time vehicle
tracker version. Data from both systems will be available
in the Checkmate® software.
Communication Method:
Data is transferred from the vehicle using a encrypted and
reliable 900MHz wireless connection, an optional memory stick
(data key) and using the GPRS network for real time applications.
Features & Benefits:
No monthly fees for passive configurations Significantly
reduce fuel related expenses. Read more. Optional
